The Quantity Training Kitchen focuses on bulk preparation, catering to diverse regional, national, and international cuisines. Second-year students are trained in large-scale cooking using industrial-grade equipment, including tandoors, to master the art of volume cooking for up to 500 students daily.

Our Training Restaurants offer students the opportunity to refine their service techniques in a professional setting. With capacities of nearly 30 covers respectively, these air-conditioned spaces are complemented by training bars and are equipped with silverware, tableware, gueridon trolleys, and more.
